Not since Carrie mumbled to a pair of Christian Louboutins, "Hello, Lover" on an episode of Sex and the City has shoes gotten such a heat wave. Daphne Guinness was fortunate (lotto winner really) to debut the illustrious Spring 2010 runway shoes on the red carpet in New York City for Nars 15th Anniversary party.

Carrie Bradshaw Revisited

The author that put her on the glamorous and fashionista map, Candace Bushnell along with HarperCollins are going back to the days of Carrie Bradshaw as a pimple popping teenager.  (As a reminder, Stanford Blanche did say she used to wear Candies)  The two-book deal, The Carrie Diaries, is slated for publication in 2010.  Bushnell says "Carrie in high school did not follow the crowd - she led it." Of course she did.
