Women's fashion brand, Rebecca & Drew teams up with Dress For Success, a non-profit dedicated to providing a professional wardrobe to disadvantaged women, in hopes of promoting and supporting women in the workplace. 

Last Tuesday, Rebecca & Drew hosted the first of a four-part lecture series for professional women in downtown New York in conjunction with Y.E.S.! (Young Executive for Success), a volunteer branch of Dress For Success that gives its members the opportunities to volunteer, fundraise and network to champion the mission of Dress For Success.  

Their first guest speaker included Nancy Widemann, the first female president of CBS network who inspired on the topic:

People, Politics & Perspective: The Power of the Unwritten Contract. 

Rebecca & Drew's signature TrioFit button-down shirt (shown above) is available to purchase nationwide through their website and in Rebecca & Drew stores where 100% of proceeds for the custom shirt will be donated directly to Dress For Success. 

The female counterpart of the design duo, Rebecca Matchett has been a long time member of Dress For Success.  Also a co-founder of fashion label alice + olivia, she shares her passion for a dynamic personal and career-minded lifestyle through her involvement with Dress For Success and believes that the right clothes are essential to success (and happiness) in the workplace.
