Fashion's Night Out. Below 14th St. (NYC)

You can take the uptown route, do the Meatpacking or you could stick to what we like to call the triangle.

Billy Reid, 54 Bond Street:
Adding his own brand of Southern hospitality to Fashion’s Night Out, the Billy Reid store at the Bowery Lane Theater will keep its doors open late for an evening shopping event from 6pm-11pm. The store will serve beverages by Pabst Blue Ribbon and Woodford Reserve as customers are treated to a live performance by The Greg Spradlin Outfit. Known for his authentic and raw guitar playing style, Spradlin’s bluesy Southern rock is the perfect complement to an evening spent in the Billy Reid flagship store. Billy Reid himself will then join the band for a special performance to cap off the evening’s events.

Odin 199 at Lafayette St:
The Soho menswear boutique, Odin, know for its well curated selection of emerging contemporary menswear labels will host CFDA Fashion Fund finalist Albert Esquivel and Swedish brand/art collective Our Legacy as part of their contribution to Fashion’s Night Out on September 10. Esquivel will be in person with an intimate capsule preview of his footwear line as well have trace shoes on hand for custom hand made orders. Odin is the official launch retailer for Our Legacy and to celebrate, the designers and artists behind the label will have a photography and art display of their most recent work. Hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and special giveaways will be available for guests as they shop from one of Soho’s definitive menswear boutiques.

Pas de Deux at 328 E 11th St: Fashion's Night Out will present the unique opportunity for consumers to meet their favorite designers. East Village boutique, Pas de Deux will not only have designers Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos of Shipley & Halmos and Richard Chai of his own namesake label, but all three designers will be exclusively available to customers for personal styling sessions. Shipley & Halmos will start the evening with an appearance at 6PM and offer styling advice and spend time with their customers enjoying cocktails and refreshments. Richard Chai will follow later in the evening to greet guests and provide his distinct sartorial perspective. The evening's focus on personal style will allow for an exciting convergence between designer and their customers.

and off to the BK, maybe...well why not.

Shipley & Halmos
Inspired by a summer spent navigating the newer, more safe bike lanes of New York City, Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos of Shipley & Halmos have mapped a bike trek tour of the major retailers that carry their brand in Manhattan and Brooklyn for Fashion’s Night Out on September 10. Staring out at downtown boutique, Pas de Deux, Sam and Jeff will participate in a forty minute styling session with customers, and then venture on a progressive bike tour to Barney’s CO-OP in Chelsea and Soho, Odin in Soho, and Bird in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to meet with shoppers and retailers as well as promote alternative forms of eco-conscious transportation. At Bird, Jeff and Sam will participate in a charitable dunk tank contest with Vena Cava at their block party contribution to Fashion’s Night Out. The bicycles will be courtesy of Bowery Lane Bicycles, a purveyor of vintage-inspired bicycles handmade in New York City with American steel, located at 55-59 Chrystie Street. Sam and Jeff will have beers in tow as they explore the many neighborhoods that make New York City a distinct destination for shopping.
