and you don't have to be a student, but it is still unpaid internship (and if you are naturally you'll get school credit)
What they will do is pay for your transportation costs (Mind you, it sounds like a fabulous perk, but don't assume it's cab-ride city everyday for you. It's more like the subway or the LIRR) AND lunch. Free lunches is one of the perks of working in-house during fashion week. Must be availalbe 3 days a week.
Now, YOU must have excellent skills in organization, communication, highly detail-oriented, a fast-thinker/walker/problem-solver and reliable. Also your computer skills should be efficient if not top notch, like Excel is your bestfriend.
Responsibilities include maintaining showroom, all samples (requests, pulls, returns and credits), organizing press book and assist with lookbook mailings etc...
