Okay, I am liking Rachel Zoe's ode to the 80's secretarial blouse. It's kind of sexy, like if I were a 13-year old boy I'd want to just unravel that bow until ... oopsie. Seriously, I am just glad that she's giving the maxi dresses a much needed rest. The sunglasses stay on, every stylist needs a signature.
