For New York Fashion Week, it is not complete without Bill Cunningham, the New York Times fashion & style photographer. Everyone knows him, loves him and respects him. He gets around everywhere and you barely know it. Bergdorf Goodman paid a special tribute to the photog icon, because without him, it just wouldn't be fashion week.
